We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. SMC Diamonds offers a free lifetime warranty against manufacturing faults on every Smc diamond. If a fault is discovered, SMC Diamonds will repair or replace the item free of cost. 

SMC Diamonds does not provide any warranty for damages caused by wear and tear or inappropriate use by the customer. The lifetime warranty policy does not cover stone or diamond damage/repair. For any queries, please feel free to contact us via email or phone.

Conditions and Exclusions

The Lifetime Warranty and Complimentary Services offered by SMC Diamonds are exclusively available to the original purchaser of the jewelry. For pieces where the diamond is not purchased from SMC Diamonds, the warranty does not apply.

Important Warranty Terms:

  • Maintenance, repair, resizing, or other services performed by anyone other than SMC Diamonds will void the warranty.
  • Fine jewelry is subject to normal wear and tear and is not impervious to damage from daily activities.
  • The warranty does not cover damage from normal wear, product loss, theft, or failure to obtain timely repairs that could compromise the jewelry’s integrity.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:

  • Discolouration caused by exposure to chemicals, makeup, swimming pools, hot tubs, or sanitizer.
  • Normal wear on prongs or precious metals may require periodic restoration.
  • Bent, dented, or worn prongs resulting in a lost stone due to regular wear or accidental damage.
  • Loss of stones caused by chipping, breaking, or other damage from normal use.
